NOWING YOUR PARTICULARS In order to hire our services, our company would require your full particulars including a photocopy of client’s identity card for verification. WARRANT TO ACT Upon agreement, to hire our services, client is required to sign a warrant to act. PAYMENT POLICY Client is required to pay 50% of the agreed fee before commencement of surveillance. If payment is made by cheque, work would only commence upon clearance of cheque. This deposit is non-refundable. Please be informed that regardless of the outcome of case(negative or positive), the agreed fee must be paid. REPORTING Upon closure of assignment, a comprehensive report with photographs and videos of surveillance will be provided. This report will be independant and without any prejudice to any parties. Any request to change,alter or modify the contents or facts of the matter will not be entertained at all. COURT ATTENDANCE If neccessary, we will attend court as a witness. However, there is a fee chargeable for court attendance. INDEMINITY In the course of investigations, the client shall fully indemnify Gideon Knight Investigation & Security Agency and its officers on all claims, liabilities and damages which may occur in the course of the investigation.
